Funding Requirements:
• Applications must be completed online or in print and be approved by the Youth Pastor or Lead Pastor.
• Applications must be submitted at least 3 weeks before the funds are needed. Funds will not be given after the money is needed or spent.
• Preferences will be given to youth groups that have secured support from other sources, such as fundraising.
• No more than 5,000 PHP can be allocated to any one youth group within six months.
• Please list what you plan to spend the sponsorship money on (if applicable).
• Youth group must submit Budget Summary Form to Shofar Youth Network and their Youth Pastor/Pastor after funds have been used (if applicable).
• Budget Summary Form and receipts must be submitted within 2-3 weeks after funds have been used.
• Online and print advertising must include the Shofar Youth Network logo as a sponsor as much as possible.
